The easiest way to resolve no video from the Dell Thunderbolt Dock WD22TB4 in this situation is to uninstall the last Windows 10 Cumulative Update (KB5023696). Here is how to uninstall the update.
- Click the Start menu and select Settings.
- Select Update & Security.
- Select View Update History.
- Select Uninstall updates.
- Locate the most recently installed Security Update under the Microsoft Windows group.
- Select the update and click on Uninstall.
- Wait for the uninstall process to complete and then reboot the computer when prompted.

- Click the Start menu and search for the Device Manager app and open it.
- Scroll down to the bottom of the list and uninstall each of the following devices in the Universal Serial Bus controllers list.
- Intel(R) USB 3.10 eXtensible Host Controller â 1.2 (Microsoft)
- Intel(R) USB 3.20 eXtensible Host Controller â 1.2 (Microsoft)
- USB Root Hub (USB 3.0), there may be more than one to uninstall.
- Uninstall the UCM-UCSI ACPI Devices found under the USB Connector Managers
- Reboot the computer.
