The Microsoft Windows 11 Home requires you to sign in with a Microsoft account during initial setup. There have been many ways to by pass this in the past, but beginning with version 22H2, some of those options may not work. You can work around this restriction by entering the address no@thankyou.com as your Microsoft account and then use that same email address as the password. This will force the setup to use a local user account.

I typically set the Local User account without a password durring the initial setup, this also bypasses the need to enter a recovery hint for the password. Once the computer is all setup, then I use the CTRL-ALT-DEL keys to change the password, then I don't need to provide a hint.

Microsoft Windows 11 Pro has also started to have the same requirement, however, if you can disconnect Internet connection before the login page displays, you will be prompted to select a Domain Joined option and then enter a local login.
